1、概述
PSA新型变压吸附制氧装置是一种在常温下从空气中直接制取氧气的高新、节能分离技术。利用压缩空气经除水、除油、除尘一系列的净化后,由于动力学效应,跟据沸石分子筛有选择吸附的特性,氮被沸石分子筛大量吸附,在吸附未达到平衡时,氧在气相中被富集起来,在变压吸附作用下实现氮、氧分离。采用德国SIEMENS公司的PLC自动控制技术,实现连续生产高品质的氧气。具有设备紧凑、占地面积小、全自动操作、运行可靠、起停车快、运行成本低、常温生产和维修方便等优点,且氧气的纯度和产量可适当调节,无污染,是一种高效的现场制氧装置。

B.Impotedpneumaticangleseatvalve
We use the wold-famous Danish ESG stainless steel pneumatic angle seat valve with a switch time of 0.05 seconds and the duability to be used moe than two million times. It has the convenience of simple stuctue, quick closing and easy maintenance with the advantages of eliable sealing and opeation fo the potection of the ai sepaation plant.
C.Patented gas diffusion stuctue
The adsoption towe has a special intenal aidiffuse appaatus. Fist, compessed ai entes though the neck of thecyclone unit and comes in contact with the special diffusion alumina balls. Thespheical shape and hadness of these alumina balls causes the ai to flow inan “S” shape. The gas then flows though a double stainless steel mesh sieveand an activated pocessed sieve. Finally, the gas goes though a cabonmolecula sieve. Not only does this model educe the wea and tea to themolecula sieve, but also allows the gas to be moe evenly adsobed. This impovesthe efficiency of oxygen poduction and polongs the life of the cabon.
